Cahoots, with sponsors TroveAnn Arbor SPARK, the Zell Lurie Institiute at U of M, and the Entrepreneurship Center at WCC will be hosting a speaking engagement by author and blogger Ken Segall.

Ken was Creative Director at some of the world’s top Ad Agencies and over the course of three decades shaped campaigns for BMW, IBM, Intel, NeXT and Apple. He worked directly with Steve Jobs for twelve years at both NeXT and Apple, led the creative team behind the Think different campaign that launched Apple’s resurrection, and he started Apple down the i-road by naming the iMac. Ken’s books Insanely Simpleand Think Simple spell out the benefits of avoiding big company thinking and making complexity our enemy.

Ken will be at Ann Arbor’s Michigan Theater on Wednesday, September 12th at 2 pm. No charge to attend the event as we want the entire community to have access. Come take an hour to hear from Ken and participate in a short Q & A at the end.

AMB offers access to business resources and information on marketing, pricing, negotiating, using social networking sites, customer relations, working with galleries, record-keeping, contracts, and many other issues that affect the success of artists.
